Our team was so impressed with both the vast production and the quality of items produced by Smoking Goose Meats! On their recent trip to Indiana, our Specialty Buyer and Marketing Director met with owner and head producer Chris Eley and Sales Manager Tesia West. Making 40+ varieties of slow-cured and smoked meat, salumi, and sausage Smoking Goose is a stand-out meatery where old world craft meets new world flavor.

 

All of their recipes begin on the farm. They carefully curate farm sources based on research, site visits, flavor, and relationships with farmers. Base requirements for all Smoking Goose farm sources include: small family-owned Farms, no factory Farms, no gestation pens, antibiotic-free, 100% vegetarian feed, no growth prominents, and humanely slaughtered.
