Australian Wagyu

We are excited to officially announce our newest Australian Wagyu importer, Think Culinary, curator and master distributor of world class craft proteins. They prioritize quality on where animals are raised, how they are treated, and what farming practices are used to contribute to the quality of their meats. They've found farmers and producers doing the right things, the right way, with the right genetics to make the highest quality Wagyu.

We'll be carrying two of their brands: Pure Black and Robbins Island, each with unique stories and flavors tasted in every bite.

Pure Black Wagyu is an F1 Australian Wagyu from cattle that graze across Tasmania and Gippsland and long fed on a custom barley ration.

Robbins Island Wagyu is a Full Blood Australian Wagyu with a marble score of 8-9+. It's MSA graded (Meat Standards Australia) meaning it meets the strictest criteria to ensure consumer expectations for tenderness, juiciness and flavor.
