The Birmingham Promise

It’s an honor to give back to our community and invest in the next generation alongside our good partners at Birmingham Promise .

Birmingham Promise connects Birmingham City School students with opportunities that help build economic mobility, security, and prosperity. Through up to four years of tuition assistance, career coaching, internships, and workforce experiences, Birmingham Promise is helping students gain valuable skills and connect with local employers.

To date, more than 508 Birmingham students have gained hands-on work experience with more than 80 local employers, helping ensure Birmingham’s talent is connected with opportunity.
