Evans can serve your seafood need as it arises. We house a host of fish species including grouper, flounder, tilapia, red snapper, and salmon fillets. Our catch comes to us from the warm Gulf waters and the cool reaches of the Yukon. Often, our clientele require special orders of shrimp, which we supply in requests from small to bulk. Shrimp may come headless, peeled and de-veined, individually frozen, and even breaded.
